Okay, so this is the last Phantasy Star game I have left to beat among the original titles, and man, I've never seen an RPG like this one among it's competition. Compared to Final Fantasy I, this game looks far more advanced graphics-wise and animation-wise. The battles and dungeons are in 1st-person view, while the rest of the game is in a traditional overhead view. The music is quite nice, as well.

It IS hard!!! I like the Phantasy Star Online series the best! I've created my favorite RPing characters through Phantasy Star. :]

The music to all of their games are different forms of techno but with Genesis quality. Damn right I'm going to remake the music! xD

If this is about ps3 then im also epicly stuck.. I got the prince.. and had some event occur. the problem is my cat layed on my controller while I was geting a drink and I missed where to freakin go next..

((Need to mention, since there are no more sub-boards now, that this thread is about Phantasy Star 1 for the Master System or the remake for the PS2.))
It would've been easier to fight if the stats that each character had weren't limited to HP, TP, Atk, and Def.
The stats were majorly improved in Phantasy Star II. If the original had a system like the others, it would've been more exciting, but retro-PS is still good all the same.
